Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
Once you report a maintenance issue to us, we will respond as quickly as possible to address the issue. Emergency issues at any property will take precedence, and all other general maintenance calls will be answered by the proper vendor in the order that they are received. By requesting a repair, you understand that a vendor will be coming to address your maintenance issue as soon as possible. Our vendors may not call ahead of their arrival, as all maintenance calls take different amounts of time to address. Rest assured that we will act and make repairs as quickly as possible!
