Paul C. Riner » Owner/Property Manager

Paul Riner

Paul received a bachelor’s degree (2003) and master’s degree (2005) in Sport and Entertainment management from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his Virginia Real Estate License in 2006 and has worked in marketing, advertising and media exposure. He completed the HR Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class in 2014. He has a wonderful wife, Laura, and a beautiful daughter Leonie. He is a member of the Rockingham County Rotary Club since 2013, and is President Elect for the 2016-17 Rotary Year. He serves on the board of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Sports Commission, as a board member for the HR Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, is a strong supporter of Young Life and other ministries in the area, and supports the growing arts culture in and around Harrisonburg. He is proud to sponsor scholarships for both the Harrisonburg High School Journalism Department and Harrisonburg High School Governor’s STEM Academy, where he graduated in 2000. He attends Horizon Christian Fellowship in Harrisonburg.

William C. Riner » Property Manager

William C. Riner

William received a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from West Virginia University. He has managed and owned property in the Harrisonburg area for over twenty years. He holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License and a Broker License and is a member of various professional and social organizations in the Harrisonburg area including the local ELKS and Lions Club chapters. William has twin sons, Carter and Paul; Paul now owns Riner Rentals after buying the business from Bill in 2011. He enjoys travelling and working with the many owners he has met during the past 20 years in property management!

Linda Krushinskie » Associate Broker/Property Manager

Linda Ziezulka

Linda began working for Riner Rentals in October of 2003. She started as an office manager, attained her real estate license to become a property manager in 2008, and is now an associate broker. In 2014, she took over management of residential rental property. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with an associates degree in Business Management from Blue Ridge Community College in 2010. Linda has more than 20 years of property management experience.

Kim Smith » Financial Manager/Notary Public

Kim Smith

Kim holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has over 17 years of Administrative and Accounting experience. Kim has been employed with Riner Rentals since June 2013, and started as an accounts specialist. She obtained her VA Real Estate License in 2013 and moved into the role of Property Manager. Kim lives in Rockingham County and is married with two wonderful children.

Leandra Ottman » Leasing Coordinator

Leandra Ottman

Leandra completed her B.A. in International Relations with minors in Business and Legal Spanish at James Madison University (JMU) in May of 2015. Leandra has been working with Riner Rentals since May 2014 and began as a part time employee overseeing the front desk and various other administrative tasks before moving into her current role as Leasing Coordinator. She is a participant in the 2015-16 Harrisonburg Rockingham Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class. Leandra is originally from South Florida. She and her husband love the Shenandoah Valley and Harrisonburg has quickly become home for both of them.

Sarah Armentrout » Assistant Financial Manager

Sarah Armentrout

Sarah came to Riner Rentals in August 2015 returning to the workplace after 17 years of homemaking & homeschooling 4 incredible kids. She and her husband, Wes, are lifelong residents of the lovely Shenandoah Valley, but dream of someday having a home along the coast. Sarah's work experiences and educational background from Blue Ridge Community College consist of accounting and administrative duties & skills.

Natalie Breen » Applications & Collections

Natalie Breen

Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University. She has been working part-time for Riner Rentals since March of 2015, processing rental applications and assisting with collections. She and her husband, Ronny, relocated to the Shenandoah Valley in 1998 from San Diego, California, and they have four beautiful children.
