William C. Riner, Owner/Property Manager
- William received a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from West Virginia University.
- He has managed and owned property in the Harrisonburg area for over twenty years.
- He holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License and a Broker License and is a member of various professional and social organizations in the Harrisonburg area.
- William has a wonderful wife, Sandra, and twin sons, Carter and Paul; Paul works with him at Riner Rentals as a Property Manager.
Paul C. Riner, Property Manager
- Paul received a bachelor’s degree (2003) and master’s degree (2005) in sport and entertainment management from the University of South Carolina.
- He obtained his Virginia Real Estate License in 2006 and has worked in marketing, advertising and media exposure.
- He is a volunteer youth leader at First Presbyterian Church in Harrisonburg where his wonderful wife Laura works as Director of Youth Ministries.
Linda Ziezulka, Property Manager
- Linda began working for Riner Rentals in 2003 as an office manager and became a property manager in 2008.
- She has fifteen years of experience with property management as both a leasing consultant and a property manager.
- She obtained her Virginia Real Estate License in 2008 and is taking classes toward a degree in business management.
Pamela A. Dehache, Office Manager
- Holds Associates Degree in Accounting from Lord Fairfax Community College.
- Work experience as cashier, sewing machine operator, and office manager.
- Has been with Riner Rentals since 2008.
- Is the mother of two beautiful boys.
- Has lived in Shenandoah County and City of Harrisonburg her entire life.
